Our labour law practice represents workers, trade unions, and employers in industrial disputes and matters before labour courts, industrial tribunals, and the Labour Commissioner's office in Uttar Pradesh.

We handle matters of illegal retrenchment, closure, layoff, strike and lockout disputes, unfair labour practices, and implementation of awards and settlements. We assist trade unions with registration, dispute raising procedures, and collective bargaining.

For employers, we advise on compliance with factory laws, minimum wages, contract labour regulations, and the new labour codes. We represent management in conciliation proceedings, domestic inquiries, and challenges to government references under the Industrial Disputes Act.
